Published, Because Asking Should Not Be Awkward
A fitting fee buys bay time, plot time, the fitter's attention and a printed ladder card. It does not buy components, and no component is ordered until you have seen the price written down and said yes to it.
There is no membership, no annual plan and no package that gets cheaper if you buy three. There is one discount, described further down, and it applies automatically without anybody having to ask for it.

Half The Session Fee Comes Back If You Build Here
Book a session, decide to have the winning build made at this bench, and fifty percent of the session fee is credited against the build. It happens automatically on the invoice and nobody has to negotiate for it.
The reason it exists is straightforward. A session that ends in a build has already paid for a good portion of the bay time through the assembly labour, and charging full freight for both feels like double dipping. The reason it is only half is equally straightforward: if the credit were the whole fee, the incentive to find you a reason to buy something would be uncomfortably strong.
If you take your card and buy the clubs somewhere else, that is fine and the card is yours. It carries the full specification down to tip trim and tape count, and any competent builder can work from it. We would rather you got the right clubs than that we got the sale.
When we hand the money back entirely
If the session concludes that nothing in your bag should change, you pay the bag audit rate and nothing else. This happens roughly a dozen times a year, usually to players who arrived convinced that a component was to blame for something the ground was doing.
Deposits, Changes And Components
- Deposit. Fifty dollars holds a bay and comes off the session fee. Refunded in full if you give us twenty four hours. Kept if you do not, because a missed slot in a one-bay shop cannot be resold on the day.
- Components are quoted, not estimated. Before anything is ordered you get a written figure covering heads, shafts, grips, ferrules and labour. That figure does not move afterwards unless you change the specification.
- Payment. Card or cash at the bench. Full sets are half on order and half on collection. No financing, no store account.
- Rebuilds inside sixty days. If a build does not match the card it was written from, we fix it at no charge and we do not argue about whose fault it was.
- Summer scheduling. June through September the outdoor portion has to run before roughly ten in the morning. That is a physical limit, not a preference, and it is why the early slots go first.
